**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den Regionalen CEO, der neben Österreich die Länder Tschechien und Deutschland verantwortet. Dabei sind Sie Teil des Management Teams der Europlasma Division.
- Ihre direkte Berichtslinie umfasst **disziplinär 2 Betriebsleiter**:innen** (Österreich Nord und Österreich Süd) sowie 2 Herstellungsleiter:innen (Österreich Nord und Österreich Süd) und in der Matrix **fachlich** berichten an Sie die Bereiche **Marketing, Finanzen, HR und Qualitätsmanagement**.
- Sie verantworten die Leitung, Verwaltung und Koordinierung** des gesamten Betriebs der Plasmazentren**, einhergehende Geschäftsentwicklungsinititiativen sowie von der Matrixfuntion gesponserte Länderinitiativen.
- In Abstimmung mit dem Regionalen CEO erstellen Sie die **Geschäftspläne und Strategien**, implementieren diese und tragen dabei **volle P&L Verantwortung**.
- Sie vereinheitlichen Prozesse, reduzieren die Komplexität innerhalb der österreichischen Organisation, entwickeln wirksame Aktionspläne und sind Ansprechpartner:in für die Anliegen in Ihrem Team.
- Sie repräsentieren** Europlasma in Österreich** und treiben die Erreichung der Gesamtergebnisse voran.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie bringen einen fundierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund mit. Zusätzliche Ausbildungen im Gesundheitsbereich, in der Medizintechnik, im Pflegebereich o.ä sind von Vorteil.
- Sie verfügen über **mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer internationalen Organisation** (z.B. Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pensionistenheime, o.ä.) mit.
- Sie konnten Ihre Kompetenzen in verschiedenen Unternehmensfunktionen (Vertrieb, Technik/ Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf) unter Beweis stellen und agieren heute als **Generalist mit P+L Verantwortung.**:

- Sie sind ein **Teamplayer** mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz und begeistern Ihr Team und Ihre **Stakeholder für neue Ideen.**:

- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse mit.
- Ihre Reisebereitschaft (hauptsächlich österreichweit) beträgt rund 50%.

- Ein ansprechendes Gehaltspaket rundet das Angebot ab. Für diese Position haben wir ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab EUR 100.000;
- und Firmenwagen zur Privatnutzung vorgesehen, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

Die Mission von Europlasma ist es, Leben zu retten und das gewonnene Plasma der pharmazeutischen Industrie als Rohstoff für hochwertige biologische Arzneimittel zur Verfügung zu stellen. Seit 2010 gehört Europlasma zur LFB-Gruppe, das lebensrettende Medikamente aus Plasma herstellt.
