Technically sound statements and customer-oriented processing are considered the foundation for this task.

The results of successful troubleshooting and elimination form the basis for continuous improvement of our products and processes.

**YOUR TASKS**
- RECORDING... as well as analysis and content evaluation of complaint cases
- MODERATION... and handling of complaint cases using common Q-methods (8D)
- COORDINATION... as well as monitoring and documentation in direct coordination with customers
- OPTIMIZATION... of the complaint process at the respective customer interface
- PREPARATION... and evaluation of data for internal and external customers
- COORDINATION... of necessary measures with the internal departments
- DOCUMENTATION... of the complaint processing by means of SAP
- SHAPING.. the mobility of the future

**YOUR PROFILE**
- completed technical education and/or professional experience in technical complaint processing (motivated career changers are also welcome)
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- good knowledge of German and English
- motivation to get to the bottom of things
- enjoys contact with international customers, suppliers and internal company departments
- solution orientation
- RELIABILITY
- ability to communicate and work in a team, hands-on mentality
- accurate way of working
