To support our MCO team, we are looking for an organizational talent with strong communication skills to assist the Head of Department. In this highly operational role, you will be supporting partners in our territory (26 countries) on a daily basis.

Your Tasks

General assistance for Head of Department and Medical Advisor (compliance event reporting, travel management, travel expense reporting, guest relations, etc.)
Contact person and ongoing cooperation with our partners (contract management, changes, communication regarding promotions, pricing, deliveries, etc.)
Planning and implementation of event management (national and international congresses) in collaboration with external agencies (if needed)
Administration of incoming invoices incl. processing of complaints from contractual partners
Coordination of promotional material approval process and internal compliance approval process (incl. feedback to partners)
Back up function for:
Preparation and ongoing administration of the planning file in close cooperation with Controlling
Budgeting/planning of promotional expenses in consultation with the Head of Department
Your Profile

Completed commercial education (HAK or similar) with first professional experience
Organizational talent with strong service and solution orientation
High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
Proactive and flexible teamplayer
Very good knowledge of English and German
Affinity for numbers, accuracy
Very good MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and MS Teams skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
