In einem spannenden Umfeld, in dem sich das Bundesrechenzentrum als Motor der digitalen Transformation im Public Sector befindet, sind Sie gemeinsam mit 10 weiteren Kolleginnen und Kollegen zentrale Ansprechperson für die Abrechnung von innovativen BRZ-Produkten. Auf Basis unserer Kundenverträge fakturieren Sie in Abstimmung mit dem Product Management und dem Project Management Betriebs
- bzw. Projektleistungen und tragen so in enger Verbindung mit unserem Business Partner Management zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Fakturierung von Betriebs
- und Projektleistungen an Kunden
- Koordination von Abrechnungsinputs mit den Fachbereichen unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenverträge
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen und Sonderabrechnungen
- Umsetzung aller IKS-relevanten Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit dem Order-to-Cash-Prozess
- Mitarbeit bei Monats
- und Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten
- Weiterentwicklung des Order-to-Cash-Prozesses und der relevanten IT-Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Debitorenbuchhaltung, Business Partner Management sowie Product
- und Project Management

Sie bringen mit
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Order Management oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK oder FH oder Wifi)
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Fakturierung von (IT-) Dienstleistungen
- Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und IT-Systemen
- Idealerweise gute Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP-SD und/oder in den SAP Modulen FI oder CO
- Fundierte MS Excel-Kenntnisse

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung gilt laut BRZ-Kollektivvertrag ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 48.744,22 bei vollständiger Erfüllung des Anforderungsprofils. Diese Gehaltsangabe bezieht sich auf eine Vollzeitanstellung im Ausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden, darüber hinaus geleistete Mehrleistung wird ausgeglichen. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
