Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you...
- manage and process all customer orders (internal and external customers)
- handle customer enquiries regarding ordering and delivery and enable a smooth process
- constantly check and adjust orders based on price lists
- work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out
- create and visualize various reports in Excel
- create quarterly invoices for internal departments and manage credit notes for our customers
- are the first point of contact for our key account managers

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you...
- have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar
- have already gained a few years of professional experience in order desk management (ideally in the electronics industry)
- have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking and the preparation of figures among your strengths
- have an independent and structured way of working as well as a high service orientation
- have a professional appearance, very good communication skills and trustworthiness and are able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- have strong IT skills (especially Excel) and very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
- have very good written and spoken German and English skills
