IHRE AUFGABEN
- Ausbau des systematischen Reportings (Plan, Ist, Analyse) des Bankvertriebsgeschäfts (BancAssurance)
- Mitwirkung/Führung von Projekten mit Gruppengesellschaften im Bereich BancAssurance (Produktkonzeption, digitale Customer Journeys, )
- (Mit-)Verantwortung für die strategische Gestaltung des BancAssurance-Geschäfts in einem Markt - gemeinsam mit VIG-Gruppengesellschaften Durchführung von Marktbeobachtungen und Erarbeitung von BancAssurance-spezifischen Trends und Innovationen
OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (vorzugsweise Wirtschaft oder Versicherungsmathematik)
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse für Finanzwirtschaft (Bank & Versicherung) sowie praktische Erfahrung im Versicherungs
- und/oder Bankwesen (Retail) von großem Vorteil
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
- Exzellente MS-Office Kenntnisse (vor allem PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse einer CEE-Sprache von Vorteil

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.138,19 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
