**About Us**
We are a young and motivated team of 60+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally.
**Description**
Our Customer Support team (13 team members) consists of General and Technical Support teams and is currently led by one team lead. Providing excellent customer service is a key success factor and we are currently looking for a person to support our existing team lead with:
- Supervision of part of the Customer Support Team at Novritsch
- Contributing to a professional, friendly, fun, and positive office culture
- Organization and motivation of the team members in their day-to-day work
- Ongoing exchange and active communication on updates with the customer support team lead
- Supervision of the whole team in collaboration with the existing team-lead when needed
- Quality Assurance
- Hiring and training of new team members
Additionaly:
- Assisting in implementing interesting projects: f.e. chat, phone support
- Creating reports for the management
- Suggesting new procedures and processes to improve customer support
- Setting and enforcing team policies and procedures
- Resolving escalated customer issues
- Building out and expanding the existing knowledge database
**Requirements**:
- Professional in German and English (both at least B2), company language is English
- 1+ years of experience in team lead/supervisor function in customer support or service-centered job
- High level of leadership and self-motivation
- Independent working
- High flexibility and commitment as well as strong social skills
- Strong customer
- and solution-oriented
- Problem-solving ability & structured working
- Interest in airsoft or learning about it
- Knowledge of tools such Zendesk, Asana, Notion
- Ability to work at least 30 hours/week (from Monday to Friday, flexible in the schedule)
