**NGS Product Specialist (M/F/d)**
**Full-time**

**What you will be working on**:
You will work hand in hand with our R&D and International Marketing teams to provide specialist support for our NGS products. Most importantly this will include
- Training of sales staff of our global network of distribution partners in the use of ViennaLab NGS products
- Holding webinars and on-site wet-lab trainings for end-users
- Increasing sales activities and lead generation in collaboration with our distributors
- Support of International Marketing with distributor management and market monitoring
- Creating product-related scientific content (to be used for social media marketing, brochures, etc.)
- Specialist support for technical questions for distributors and end-users
- Product optimization in close collaboration with R&D and production department
- Participation at relevant conferences, congresses and events
**What is important to us**:
Required qualifications:

- Scientific degree (e.g. MSc. or BSc. in Molecular Biology or related fields).
- Proven hands-on experience working with NGS (library preparation - target enrichment by hybridization, amplicon-based; handling of Illumina sequencers, data analysis)
- Skills related to sales, business development and marketing
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (local and international)

**Preferred experience**:

- PhD in Molecular Biology or related field
- Experience with IVD products and ISO13485 environment
- German language skills

The statutory minimum basic salary for this position is 2.509,32 EURO per month. The remuneration corresponds to employment group 4 according to the KV for trade, crafts and services, salaried employees. An overpayment is foreseen depending on relevant professional experience and/or qualifications.
