- Discover your next exciting career opportunity.The Major Accounts Manager (MAM) will be responsible for developing profitable sales within the Large Enterprise segment of the business with a specific focus on a list of named accounts. Large Enterprise are the top 100 largest accounts within Austria. You will focus on set a remit of approximately 20 large enterprise accounts within the Commercial Sector. The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the named accounts. The MAM is responsible to develop and execute on customer strategies to acquire new named large enterprise accounts in line with the Austria Large Enterprise Team strategy and to grow existing relationships in line with the overall strategy.

Your responsibilities:

- Create new opportunities for Trend Micro at these accounts and focus on replacing competitive products or cross-sell on existing accounts.
- Work closely with the necessary Systems Integrators, resellers and other partners to enable strategic development of your defined accounts.
- Own strategic account plan & all aspects of sales process including pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and close plans (MEDDPIC)
- Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions and events. Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and adhoc basis as directed by the BU Manager.

You have:

- Proven and successful experience in a senior sales position within a high tech, enterprise focused sales environment.
- Proven track record of success with software-based solutions (high performer, presidents club
- Strong network and experience in the Commercial sector (preferable manufacturing, transportation, retail, Finance).
- Strong background in IT based selling new business into large enterprise clients.
- Extensive experience in opening up large enterprise accounts and building/maintaining strong multi-level relationships at large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize the working relationships with our customers.
- Ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.
