**What you will do**

You will be responsible for our consumables product portfolio which consists of a broad range of chromatography consumables spanning sample handling, sample prep, columns and accessories.
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic product roadmap through in-house R&D, external collaborations, partnerships and business development opportunities to drive overall business growth.
- Oversight product life cycle and portfolio rationalization strategy
- Establish NPDI processes to develop and release highly successful new products.
- Lead the annual strategic planning process, developing plans with the leadership team to be the world leader in Chromatography consumables and valued business partner to our Division instruments teams
- Guide understanding and recommendations based on external and internal benchmarking e.g., competitor earnings performance to drive share gain
- Enhance digital marketing programs to significantly drive web-based revenue by collaborating with eBusiness and IT teams
- Manage and enable global sales channels to drive performance, ensuring products meet needs of different channels and that channel conflict is minimized through differentiation and positioning
- Increase consumable connect rate to instruments as well as recurring revenue; develop and promote opportunities for cross selling,
- Ensure portfolio revenue, EBITA, and marketing KPI targets as mutually established with the business
- Own overall marketing strategy including pricing, positioning, promotion, product roadmaps, forecasting and distribution/channel strategy.
- Partner with the business cross-functional teams to develop, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals and engaging our customers in loyal and satisfying relationships
- Drive action planning and initiatives across team incorporating Employee Involvement Survey or other feedback.

**Your skills and experiences**- Advanced degree in scientific field a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the analytical instrument and/or laboratory industry with heavy emphasis on chromatography and separation sciences and/or consumables.
- Ability to build, handle, and inspire global teams across a matrixed environment; effective at influencing others and forming relationships; collaborative approach
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and be results oriented to achieve tasks in a global and matrix environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to step back and analyze the overall business impact. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20-30%.
- Role can be based anywhere in EMEA or US
