**Our business**
**Your role**:
- Proactive management and expansion of own OMV Card customer portfolio in assigned territory of responsibility
- Coordination of other OBAM sales colleagues
- Acquisition of new B2B customers via telephone and incoming web-leads
- Management of day-to-day business for AT/DE at OBAM team level to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales goals
- Improvement and active steering of team and individual performance measures in close exchange with Sales Manager
- Develop and organize an efficient sales process through traditional and digital sales funnels
- Identify and analyze the target customer segment and include an ongoing analysis of the main competitors into the development of an own sales strategy
- Active management of sales channels through sales promotions, use of digital marketing tools in intensive cooperation with other departments (marketing, pricing, customer service) and the management
- Participate and contribute in international projects
- Implement projects in Austrian Sales Team
- Actively develop and further enhance Sales Process in AT in light of business transformation ahead
**Your profile**:
- University Degree Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales or Communications
- Minimum of 3-5 relevant years of working experience in Sales
- Experience with sales processes and acquisition of new customers via phone
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- High proficiency within Excel
- Excellent German speaking skills, especially due to daily contact with B2B customers and fluent in English
