Our team of 30+ employees has developed a well-known ASO (App Store Optimization) Tool, which helps app developers and marketers improve the visibility and ranking of their apps in the app stores. Besides our ASO Tool, we also offer individual services to international clients for App Store Optimization and App Store Advertising.

**Your Mission**:
You are curious to support the management team by taking over organizational tasks and keeping an eye on important deliverables and deadlines? Taking care of general office management duties and cross-department communication is something you enjoy?

You will work with a highly motivated, professional, and diverse team that strives towards continuous development within the app marketing sector for user acquisition. Get the opportunity to grow with us and extend your professional experience.

**Your Tasks**:

- Being a trusted contact person for the management team and responsible for organizational and operational matters within the organization
- Supporting the management team with operational and administrative tasks, e.g. preparation and creation of presentations, reports and meeting minutes as well as the organization of team events
- Travel & event management including expense management
- General office management (e.g. procurement, meeting coordination and booking, inventory management, a warm welcome for clients on-site and (sometimes) on the telephone)
- Processing of incoming and outgoing information as a contact person for our external service providers and suppliers

**Your Profile**:

- Completed, preferably higher education and/or university
- Several years of experience in a similar field of activity
- An organized, structured and independent working style with great attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and high level of confidentiality
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is a requirement

We are offering a position, with an annual **gross salary** starting from **€35.000** according to the collective agreement on a full-time basis.
