VP of Recruiting is an office based position in Tysons Corner, VA.

Our client is a pre-IPO, private equity funded automation software development company that is changing the game with their no-code, rules-driven business process automation platform. Their solutions are allowing organizations to automate everything with fast implementation, plus business users are empowered to manage their own processes by adapting quickly to price changes, regulations, customer demands and more.

By using a no-code BPM platform, customers across industry verticals are empowered with the ability to rapidly automate and transform their business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive company results, regardless of technical skillset.

As a VP, you will have ownership of the full life recruiting cycle, onboarding and retention of employees. You will work with our off-shore recruiting partners and other business partners and stakeholders.

Essential Functions/Priorities:

- Oversee the recruiting department
- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
- Implements best in class recruitment strategies
- Push the thinking on what is possible - the bigger the vision, the better
- Work collaboratively and drive the people first approach to hiring
- Leads and motivates collaborators, while maintaining team health and happiness
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Strong executive presence and ability to win the confidence of the Executive Team

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years experience recruiting in a high growth technology company across several verticals
