Our client is a fast growing biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel immunotherapies. The company’s pipeline includes its wholly owned immunotherapies targeting different kinds of cancer and also some undisclosed development programs. In cooperation with other companies functional cures for HBV and HIV are in developmental state.

Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (M/F/d)

Core Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruiting process for positions from definition of market approach to successful placement for the offices in Vienna and New York

Work closely with hiring managers, understand their requirements and align as needed, while providing regular updates on progress to relevant stakeholders

Cooperate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, etc. and internally with communications, purchasing, finance and legal to ensure a smooth process

Assist the Head of People & Organization with coordination of executive search projects

Support all administrative onboarding tasks for new hires, including data entry into HR Management systems

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, organize activities and involve colleagues

Contribute to implementing strategies for people growth and development within the company

Support the implementation of a Recruiting System, establish and maintain functional specifications, propose process
- and system improvements as needed

**Required qualifications and competences**:
University degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant educational background

Minimum 3 years of international recruiting experience incl. executive search exposure, preferably in the life sciences industry

Social Media and Employer Branding experience is beneficial

Strong affinity to the area of Life Sciences and to a research driven environment

Strong organizational and people skills

Open-minded and flexible personality

Sensitivity and professionalism in resolving issues

Collaborative and structured working style

Ability to think cross-functionally

Fluency in English (both orally and written); an additional language is beneficial

Good command of MS Office and recruiting systems, e.g SuccessFactors

**Offer**:
For this position we offer a minimum salary of EUR 3.233 gross per month (40 hrs per week). Depending on your qualifications and work experience, the actual salary may certainly be higher.
