Job Summary

In order to support our continuous growth across EMEA, we are hiring a _Talent Acquisition Advisor_ in _Vienna, Austria_.

Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, the TA Advisor's role involves managing full-cycle recruitment projects supporting the Flex Design Organization and providing hiring leaders with talent-related intelligence. Flex Design has sites across the EMEA region and provides design engineering services in multiple industries such as Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Lifestyle and more.

This position will be based at our Vienna Office at the Airport and we offer flexible work from home options up to an including full remote within Austria.

What a typical day looks like:

- Recruiting for positions across Flex EMEA sites by utilizing social media, job boards, referrals, utilizing all means of sourcing to find top talent
- Communicating and maintaining strong relationships with the Hiring Managers involved in the recruiting and selection process and helping them set the requirements and the responsibilities of the vacant positions
- Function as talent advisor to all your stakeholders (business leads as well as HRBPs). Provide them with market analyses and advice on all talent topics ranging from recruiting strategy to geolocation selection
Work on continuously improving our processes ensuring Flex Talent Acquisition is best in class when it comes to recruiting experience

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- End-to-end recruiting experience for example as regional in-house recruiter in a complex, fast-paced, multinational corporate environment covering multiple countries
- Experience in recruiting (engineering and corporate) white-collar positions and collaborating with remote hiring managers - ideal would be if you worked with hiring managers in multiple countries
- Fluency in German and English is required to effectively support all our regional locations
- Strong intercultural skills to successfully collaborate with regional and global stakeholders

And the following experiences would give you an advantage:

- Executive search / Recruitment agency / Consulting background is a strong advantage and will be beneficial in your role as talent advisor
- Experience using recruiting platforms and databases; ideally you already used LinkedIn Recruiter, are comfortable crafting SQL searches and performing X-Ray searches
- Being comfortable using some advanced functions of Excel like Pivot tables, knowing basic statistics and having an analytical mindset would be a nice to have
- Additional languages such as Hungarian, Italian, Romanian are an advantage
