Your mission
- In collaboration with the entire FP Marketing & Communication team and Business Segment Sales Directors, identify and develop the segment’s Marketing and Communications strategy according to agreed strategic and commercial objectives
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns driving lead generation using online & offline communication tools across multiple buyer journeys from awareness through consideration and purchase
- Plan and execute product launches of innovative products in the market with the goal of brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with other Mond Segments on common marketing campaigns for overarching industries or product groups
- In cooperation with the internal stakeholders, coordinate and support in developing and executing various projects, events and initiatives such as sales tools, webinars, customer events, exhibitions
- Set up - and follow-up - of clear measurement tools and KPI’s to assess the impact of the Marketing initiatives
- Create the segment’s sustainability positioning in cooperation withy the Sustainability Team and support on sustainability activities of products
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of external relationships with external partners and marketing agencies
- Be responsible for the marketing budget

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international Marketing role preferable within the Packaging industry, or related B2B/B2C (FMCG, retailer) industry
- Strong project management, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Critical thinker with proven ability to understand complex industry concepts and service information and transform them into assets with a compelling storytelling line
- Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders in developing value-added strategic plans and maintaining strong relationships of trust and collaboration
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across social media and/or digital advertising channels with marketing campaigns that fulfil strategic and commercial objectives
- Solid knowledge of digital tools and channels (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Falcon, Umbraco)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing marketing strategies, channel optimisation, and product branding
- Knowledge on paper or packaging industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
- Master or bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business administration

**Offer**:

- **Start**: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- **Location**: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- **Duration**: unlimited contract
- **Extent**: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 47,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
