**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for providing consultative level solutions, direction and advice and the technical deployment of solutions and services for the reseller base to drive customer breadth and support sales and margin growth for TD SYNNEX.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consulting with resellers to create technical designs and solutions according to customer requirements
- Delivering architected solutions on customer sites to a high standard
- Providing technical "Services pre-sales support"
- Accurate forecasting of effort and costs associated with Services requests
- Providing internal sales support around product functionality and services capability
- Where specifically discussed as part of a role, providing education and training to the channel partners and end users
- Create templates and processes to enable overall team / business improvement
- To undertake training and secure certifications in support of the business requirements and also future direction

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Fluency in German is required, and a good level of English is desirable
- High attention to detail
- A self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Solid business and commercial acumen
- The specific technical skills and knowledge will vary by vendor and business unit
