Bearbeitung und Überprüfung von Daten im SAP Modul Personnel Administration sowie im Payroll-System LGVplus und Sicherstellung der damit verbundenen Prozesse
- Bearbeitung der laufenden Agenden in der Zeiterfassung
- Abwesenheitsverwaltung
- Payroll-Admin Agenden und Korrespondenz
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit bei laufenden Projekten

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anstellung über einen unserer externen Partner erfolgt. Die Beschäftigung findet ausschließlich bei Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG in Wien statt.

Aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen sind wir verpflichtet, das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag bekannt zu geben, das bei dieser Position bei € 34.142,50 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit) liegt, wobei eine Überzahlung möglich ist. **Ihre Talente und Fähigkeiten**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH o. ä.)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im HR-Bereich in einer Support-Funktion
- Routine im Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Affinität zu IT-Systemen
- Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Diskretion
- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität und Stressresistenz
- Teamorientiertheit
