Finmatics entwickelt Lösungen für die KI-basierte Automatisierung der Verarbeitung von Finanzinformationen. Als B2B „Software-as-a Service“-Unternehmen richten wir uns vorrangig an Unternehmen mit eigener Finanzabteilung und Steuerberatungen in Deutschland und Österreich. Finmatics hilft diesen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse, um fit für die hochautomatisierte Zukunft im Finanzwesen zu werden. **Als Assistent**: in unseres Head of Finance übernimmst du die Verantwortung über die Rechnungserstellung an unsere Kunden. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unseren Head of Finance bei der Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Prozesse.

Aufgaben
- Durchführung der Faktura (monatliche Rechnungserstellung, Erstellung von Gutschriften etc.)
- Mitarbeit beim laufenden Reporting für die Geschäftsführung und Investoren
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente und -Prozesse
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Qualifikation
- Du befindest dich derzeit in einem (betriebs-)wirtschaftlichen Studium oder hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK etc.)
- Vorkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung/Fakturierung sind von Vorteil
- IT-Affinität und solide Excel-Kenntnisse
- Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer-Mentalität
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld eines Start
- bzw. Scale-Ups
