As a **R&D Strategist (M/F/d)**, you explore the future of business banking and are on top of the latest financial innovations and best practices around the industry. If the latest trends in the market, new business models and R&D strategy are your daily bread, keep reading
**What you’ll bring with you**
- Strong business acumen, including a broad understanding of the banking landscape from a business and technology perspective
- You are in the driving seat to explore new digital business opportunities, which includes strong collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Analytical approach when building and validating digital business models for corporate banking
- You are a pro in leading, coordinating, and structuring programs, as well as in organizing all topics and tasks within the programs
- Collaborating on and delivering pitches that show stakeholders how we progress and transform our targets into reality is your second nature
- A native curiosity and bias to action; you love to explore and get things done
- Ability to communicate and present abstract and complex material in simple, effective ways in fluent English
- Profound understanding of emerging technologies and ability to imagine how they could result in products or business opportunities for our corporate clients
- Enthusiasm about working with the complexity and ambiguity of a dynamic and fast-paced organization and a cross-functional team

- Leading research as necessary to develop a deeper understanding of a particular trend or technology and how it might impact business banking
- Developing and managing ecosystems for digital business banking
