Einer unserer Kunden ist ein internationaler Spezialist für Kleinteile-, Paletten
- und Hängefördertechnik sowie für hochdynamische Kommissioniersysteme. Er baut auf eine starke Unternehmenskultur und fördert aus Überzeugung die Weiterentwicklung seiner Mitarbeiter (m/w/d). Zur Verstärkung seines Teams wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für folgenden Aufgabenbereich gesucht:
**Executive Assistant (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**:

- Korrespondenz bzw. Kommunikationsschnittstelle (intern und extern)
- Terminplanung, -koordination und -überwachung sowie Organisation von Besprechungen und Dienstreisen (inkl. Abrechnungen)
- Ansprechperson für diverseste Anfragen - bereichsübergreifend
- Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Zyklische Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen mit unterschiedlichen Tools (Excel, Salesforce, CSS-Portal,..)
- Verfassung von Meetingprotokollen in Deutsch und Englisch und monitoren von Tasks
- Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Dokumenten (Newsletter,...)
- Organisation von internen Events (Workshops und Tagungen)

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännisch/wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich (internationales Umfeld)
- Ausgezeichneter Umgang mit MS-Office (insb. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, Flexibilität und rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger, proaktiver, strukturierter und exakter Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässiger und belastbarer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Organisationsstärke und hohem Servicegedanken

**Mindestgehalt Brutto von EUR 3.270,-/Monat**
