Talent Acquisition Manager

**Your mission**:
- You take responsibility for the entire recruiting process from the request for personnel to the Pre-/Onboarding. This includes but is not limited to implementing our Sourcing Strategy to meet future staffing needs with innovative and digital methods; take expectations and demands from internal stakeholders and fulfill them together as a team.
- You know how to use social media and sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) and contribute to positioning Anyline as a great employer and building up a sustainable talent pipeline.
- You find it exciting to research and analyze job markets and are interested in labor market trends. You actively use your newly acquired knowledge in your search processes for sales and marketing vacancies, which will be your recruiting focus.
- As part of the People & Culture Team you proactively contribute to our life cycle projects. Your expertise will help us shape the recruiting strategy, our people value proposition and improve our services on a constant basis.
**Your profile**:
- Ideally, you have a university degree or a similar qualification, but your experience is particularly convincing
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Recruiting, ideally in an agile IT/Sales environment or a recruitment consultancy, preferably from an international context
- Openness to new recruiting trends with a passion to deal with people and the ability to inspire them
- Fluent communication in German & English is a must, basic knowledge in labor law is a plus
- Enthusiasm for structured HR processes as well as know-how with digital HR tools and creative HR trends

- ** Compensation**: For this position, the minimum monthly gross salary is EUR 2.051;
- (38.5h/week), in accordance with the collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
