**About The Role**:

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Team**: Leading and developing a high performance team.
- **Services**: Delivering high quality services to the customer. Developing, implementing and optimising new and existing services.
- **Administration**: Responsible for an efficient and effective resource allocation of the location. Co-manages location budget and assists with the preparation of the annual budget.
- **Office Environment**: Ensuring a functional, legally compliant and economic efficient working environment and provide reporting thereof. Manages all office premises at the location efficiently by carrying out regular space utilisation audits and coordinating maintenance activities.
- **Health& Safety**:

- Act as local Health and Safety Officer and has overall responsibility for Health & Safety and is the contact point for local authorities on this matter. Coordinate all H&S activities including organisation of H&S trainings.
- Establish and maintain a secure office environment by providing access systems and CCTV in line with data protection and other legislation.

**What we expect from you**:

- Experience of managing an Office or Facilities team (minimum 5 years)
- Qualification in Office and Facilities Management or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and German (negotiation and business level)
- Experience with legal regulations in the field of building management, suppliers and contractors, rental agreements and with security and safety regulations in the respective location.
- Experience in setting and managing an operational budget (OPEX) and cost controlling
- Customer service and quality management experience
- Technical knowhow in the area of building management (M&E) and infrastructure (furniture, lighting, media equipment, electrical systems etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Good organisational skills

Desired:

- Project management qualification
- Fire warden or fire marshal certificate
- First aider certificate
- Health & Safety representative certificate (SVP)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
