**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Annahme und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Gruppen und Veranstaltungsreservierungen jeglicher Art
- Durchführung einer Qualifizierung jeder Buchungsanfrage, um eine bestmögliche Geschäftsentscheidung für das Unternehmen zu erzielen
- Durchführung von Kundenabsprachen und Vertragsverhandlungen inklusive Beratung bei der Auswahl von Zimmern, F&B Angeboten, AV Technik und Veranstaltungsequipment inklusive Hausführungen
- Mitverantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung der Häuser
- Aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte unter der Gewährleistung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Strategie sowie Verkauf höherer Zimmerkategorien und Zusatzverkauf im Catering Bereich
- Wesentlicher Beitrag zur Gästezufriedenheit und optimale Betreuung und Bindung unserer Kunden, sowie professionelles Beschwerdemanagement
- Lückenlose Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen und Erledigung diverser administrativer Aufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach und Erfahrung in der Reservierung oder an der Rezeption wünschenswert
- OPERA (PMS) sowie Microsoft Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
