Das Team Factory Training kümmert sich um die Grundlagen zur fachgerechten Einschulung und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern im Fertigungsbereich von B&R. Gut qualifizierte Mitarbeiter sind die Voraussetzungen für eine gute Integration in die verschiedenen Teams unserer modernen Fertigung von Elektronik und Mechatronik Produkten. Die entsprechende Einschulung zum richtigen Zeitpunkt fördert Motivation und Wertschätzung unserer Mitarbeiter und sichert zugleich die Produktionsqualität in jedem Arbeitsschritt.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Factory Training Teams
- Planung und Strukturierung von allgemeinen und technischen Trainings für unsere Mitarbeiter im Fertigungs
- und Lagerlogistikumfeld
- Konzeption und Durchführung von vertiefenden Trainings Koordination von Dokumentationen für Trainingsunterlagen und interaktiver Lerneinheiten mit dem Redaktionsteam
- Begleiten von Teams beim Erarbeiten von Trainingskonzepten auf Basis von Blended Learning im Rahmen von Workshops oder Entwicklungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und kooperativer Austausch mit Teams aus der Industrialisierung, dem Fertigungs
- und Logistikbereich und der HR-Abteilung
- Koordination und Durchführung der Datenpflege der im Trainingsumfeld eingesetzten IT-Systeme

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierung, Elektrotechnik, Produktion etc.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wissenstransfer und technologiegestütztes Lernen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Trainingsmethoden Interesse am Gestalten und Umsetzen von Konzepten
- MS Office und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Eigenverantwortliche und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Engagement Freundliches
- Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigenmotivation
