Als unser neuer Gruppenleiter in der Produktionsplanung sind Sie für die Leitung eines Teams von Fachleuten verantwortlich, die an der Planung und Terminierung von Produktionsaktivitäten beteiligt sind. Ihre Hauptaufgabe als Gruppenleiter besteht darin, ein Team von Produktionsplanern zu leiten und zu motivieren und durch Anleitung und Unterstützung eine zusammenhängende und leistungsstarke Abteilung zu gewährleisten. Sie spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Überwachung und Optimierung des Produktionsplanungsprozesses und stellen sicher, dass die Ressourcen effizient genutzt und die Produktionsziele unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards erreicht werden. Führungsqualitäten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und Anpassungsfähigkeit sind die Schlüsselqualifikationen für den Erfolg in dieser Position.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Leitung und Führung der Bereiche der Produktionsplanung HMI
- Verantwortlich für die Umwandlung des Bedarfsplanes in einen ausführbaren Produktionsplan
- Prüft die Verfügbarkeit aller fertigungsrelevanten Informationen
- Führt die dispositive Einsteuerung von (Revisions-)Änderungen durch
- Stellt die Interaktion mit den Entscheidungsträgern in den Produktionsbereichen sicher und verfolgt die Prognose durch rechtzeitiges Feedback.
- Erstellt Simulationen in SAP IBP bei angefragten Planänderungen
- Priorisiert geplante Produktionsaufträge bei Shortage bzw. Allokationsszenarien (z.B Rohmaterial) im Rahmen des Zuständigkeitsbereiches

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- SAP-Erfahrung sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
