Zur Verstärkung unserer Kommunikations
- und Marketingabteilung suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene und engagierte Führungskraft, die unser neu etabliertes Team "Marketing" mitgestaltet und zusammen mit den Teamkollegen kreative und innovative Marketingideen umsetzt. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie Events ebenso wie Go-to-Market-Aktionspläne. Sie unterstützen unseren Vertrieb durch zielführendes Sales Enablement und zeichnen für die weltweite Aktivierung des Marketingplans verantwortlich. Dazu arbeitet das Marketing-Team eng mit Kollegen aus Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und internationalem Marketing. Klingt genau nach Ihrem Traumjob? **Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Vermarktungs
- und Marketingaktivitäten (Marketing-Aktionsplan, Customer Journeys, Kampagnen, )
- Entwicklung und Implementierung zentraler und globaler Marketingstrategien
- Laufende Recherchen zu den neuesten Technologien/Verfahren im stellenbezogenen Umfeld
- Erstellung neuer, kreativer Marketingkonzepte, um Kundenerlebnisse zu optimieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Marketing-, Kommunikations
- und Vertriebsteam
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder/Partner/Agenturen
- Laufendes Finanzcontrolling des Budgets

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Vertrieb, Kommunikation oder Ingenieurwesen
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Berufsfeld (Mischung aus Unternehmens
- und Agenturerfahrung in der Technologiebrache bevorzugt)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Internationales Marketing, Event-Management, Lead-Management, Marketing-Automatisierung, Sales-Enablement und Produktkommunikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement idealerweise mit Führungsfunktion
- Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie Umsetzungsstärke
- Kommunikative, teamfähige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Gutes Zeitmanagement und Vielseitigkeit
- Hoher Anspruch an Qualität
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Klare Bereitschaft, die ersten drei Monate der Einarbeitungsphase in Eggelsberg zu verbringen und danach jedes Quartal für 2 Wochen wieder vor Ort zu sein
