- **Develop a Comprehensive AI and Data Strategy**:Create and execute a robust strategy for AI and data innovation across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.
- **Communicate Strategic Vision**:Clearly articulate the strategic vision and value of integrated AI and data solutions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**:Pinpoint and pursue new business opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions in the DACH and Eastern European markets.
- **Act as a Key Evangelist**:Serve as a leading advocate for AI and data innovation, influencing clients, prospects, Orange Sales & Pre-Sales Teams, and our Ecosystem Partners.
- **Capitalize on Emerging Trends**:Identify and leverage emerging trends in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation to maintain competitive advantage.
- **Lead Solution Conceptualization**:Drive the development of AI and data solutions tailored to meet client needs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and effective.
- **Integrate Best Practices**:Promote the integration of best practices in AI, data management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- **Mentor High-Performing Teams**:Guide and mentor high-performing teams of professionals within the AI and data innovation space, fostering growth and development.
- **Foster Innovation and Collaboration**:Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within Orange teams.
- **Develop a Strong Pipeline**:Support the development of a qualified pipeline for AI and data solutions and deliver compelling, winning proposals.
- **Build Trust-Based Relationships**:Influence and build trust-based, value-added relationships with executives and stakeholders.
- **Innovate Across Verticals**:Identify and implement innovative strategies to achieve success across various business verticals, including Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, Financial Services, Supply Chain & Logistics, Pharmaceutical, and Retail.
- **Engage and Develop Trust**:Engage effectively with customers and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration. Work seamlessly in a hybrid team environment across multiple locations and geographies within DACH and Eastern Europe.

**votre profil**:
You will collaborate with clients and internal product, sales, and technical teams, as well as our Ecosystem Partners, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. You will engage in exploratory discussions with clients and prospects at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters—showcasing how Orange Business's AI and Data solutions enable a wide range of business outcomes. You will demonstrate how these solutions meet specific needs and drive business growth, positioning Orange Business as a thought leader in AI and data innovation.

This role is pivotal in promoting the adoption of secure, scalable, and integrated AI and data solutions, enhancing Orange Business's market position and customer satisfaction through influential leadership and evangelism.
- Minimum 10 years related work experience in AI, Cloud & Data related services
- A trusted partner to business executives and stakeholders, identifying and gathering information on their issues and challenges, and introducing Orange Business expertise accordingly
- Ability to identify AI, Cloud & Data related services opportunities and viable revenue streams
- Great understanding of drivers for change within Industry/Manufacturing, Life Sciences or FIS
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation & selling skills
- Proven track record in achieving business targets
- High achiever marked by perseverance, humility, positive outlook in the face of challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills, hands-on attitude, able manage multiple clients simultaneously.
