As the Global Sales Manager for our Air & Industrial division, you will:

- Develop and lead a high-performance global A&I sales team to drive success and foster growth
- Guide local Key Account Managers in building strategic partnerships with OEMs to secure long-term business
- Identify key market trends such as mega and technology trends, future customer needs, and competitor products, driving innovation and business strategy
- Lead the idea generation process based on market needs, guiding innovation, product releases, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management
- Oversee product positioning, pricing, and product lifecycle management to ensure optimal market competitiveness
- Create and deliver training materials (both paper and e-learning) for internal teams, product management, and select customers
- Manage quoting tools, standards, and campaigns, as well as customer visits, trade show appearances, and publication engagements
- Define global standards and align with regional deviations to maintain consistency and flexibility
- Monitor product performance and provide troubleshooting support for core products, collaborating with Engineering and Operations to suggest improvements
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to ensure our product strategy stays ahead of the curve
- Develop and maintain an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

**Your profile**
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with an MBA or additional business qualification being a plus
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in sales, engineering, or business development, particularly within OEM or component providers, with a strong global sales track record
- Leadership experience in developing and leading a team of highly skilled professionals in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and structural compressor design (Rotary Screw and Recip Compressors) is desired but not required
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven passion for customer satisfaction and success
- Experience leading significant and successful change management projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in an intercultural, international environment
- Sound financial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
- A collaborative team player with a drive to succeed through teamwork
