Key Account Manager

**About the role**:
R Systems is looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Europe. Your main role will involve collaborating closely with large telecom clients and focusing on expanding the relationships with existing customers.

**Your contribution**:
- Grow the business of the clients from the assigned portfolio
- Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Contribute to acquiring new customers in the DACH area (Deutschland, Austria and Switzerland)
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote trust, as well as strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with them and understanding their needs
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders (CXO relationships);
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
**Bring along**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or IT-related fields
- Experience in Sales
- Experience in the field of Telecom
- 5-15 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in working with mobile operators
- Willingness to travel extensively and visit the client’s team
**Nice to have**:
- Previous experience as PM/PGM/Delivery or Middle level manager in the business area is not mandatory, but represents an advantage
- The ability to bring forward a portfolio of clients or contacts
