**Your Opportunity**:Our dynamic, collaborative, ambitious and successfull Merck Neurology & Immunology Team is looking for a talented Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to complement our team. As a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing external events, such as Ad boards, promotional events, and congresses, while ensuring that all logistics, invitations, and travel arrangements are well organized. You will also communicate effectively with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to provide them with logístical and contracting support. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, including managing contractors/agencies, handling invoices, and providing statistics. As a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist, you will support the organization and execution of internal meetings, own the budget tracking process, and support the generation of market data and sales reports. You will also work closely with the BU Head to support the Business.

**Who you are**:

- You regularly act as the owner, simplify and act with urgency, and raise the bar
- Proficiency in Office 365, specifically in Excel and working with numbers
- Strong organizational skills and time management Communication with impact - clear and motivational communication internally and with customers
- High focus on quality, attention to detail and reliability
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High engagement / high level of energy / proactive / positive solution oriented attitude
- Ability to plan, set up, organize and execute projects
- Genuine team-playing abilities

Fluent German, advanced level of English
