Marketing Lead Pneumococcal & Ped Portfolio (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Marketing Lead Pneumococcal & Pediatric Portfolio is part of the Vaccines BUDs leadership team and is responsible for achieving financial and strategic objectives for a certain product / portfolio with the sales and marketing team. The primary activities include but are not limited to:
Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
Participation at regional brand meetings, understanding and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plan
Implementation and tracking of (digital) campaigns, initiatives and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders
Making sure sales teams understand the strategic imperatives and support them with necessary trainings, tools and materials
Field visits including double visits with sales team collecting feedback on current programs and gaining customer insights
Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses in alignment with the BU and finance department
Allocating resources and managing budgets
Coaching and guiding direct reports to ensure successful implementation of projects/activities as defined in the integrated business plan
Ensuring that the sales team delivers all approved activities for the products, in line with approved marketing strategies and within approved expense budgets
High level of cooperation between teams and/or departments, ensuring adequate sales input into the planning process
Managing networks and relations of regional scientific leaders for all products

**Qualifications**:
University degree in business or life sciences from accredited university
Good understanding of Austrian healthcare system
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Access and/or Account Management (health care industry preferred)
Excellent Budget management competency
Sales Representative certification is an advantage
High level of analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral in German and English)
Outstanding negotiation skills
Excellent power point and excel skills, other project management and digital effectiveness tools

We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 55.300;
