Tasks

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT AT MIRACL

Your role as Head of Product is to lead and drive the development and management of our product roadmap. This is a cross functional role, collaborating across departments to ensure product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

**Key elements include**:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Responsible for end-to-end product delivery from market analysis to developing products which delight our customers
- Deliver revenue growth
- Lead, manage and develop Product team members

**Note**: This role can be performed remotely from anywhere within Austria

**Requirements**:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM
- University Degree or similar education
- Fluent in English, Fluent German is a plus
- Experience in the field of product delivery/owner/manager, taking products from concept through to delivery
- Team player with agile, flexible, startup mindset
