Head of Product

Today, we are looking for a passionate **Product leader** with a growth mindset to take over our product strategy and drive R&D process. In this role, you will lead & develop a cross-functional product team and work closely with other organization leaders to ensure steady business growth.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Develop and own comprehensive product strategy for our mobile app portfolio
- Define product & value development strategy for existing apps
- Set and own R&D process to ensure effective new product ideation and hypothesis testing process
- Manage and grow a cross-functional product team, including Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, Customer Support and UX Writers
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure high-level alignment between teams & business strategy
- Own & evolve product analytics and key metrics forecasting for business

**Knowledge & Skills**
- 5+ years of mobile product experience
- Proved record of leading cross-functional product team of at least 5 people
- Deep knowledge of mobile apps distribution landscape
- Knowledge of core product development frameworks and agile processes
- Knowledge of mobile apps landscape and business models
- Understanding of R&D Process
- Experience of setting and performing UX research, CustDev etc.
- Strong strategic planning skills, oversight on execution and optimization
- Must be effective in communicating(written and verbal) to provide concise, timely and accurate updates to management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Forecasting and budgeting experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Deep sense of ownership and accountability for plans and results
