Your contribution will be:

- Supporting the implementation of our global structure project, taking over responsibilities regarding organisational design and change management
- Being a focal point on change management in:

- Assessing the scope of change for strategic actions as part of the strategic planning cycle
- Coordinating major change projects
- Being a sparring partner for project managers in the context of change management
- Regularly updating the change management handbook

Your profile ideally illustrates:

- Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations
- Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable
- High intercultural competence
- Facilitation and strong communication skills
- Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development
- Implementation-orientated mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
