**About the Role**

As HR & Finance Administration you will provide essential administrative support to assist the Finance & HR department with various tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a diverse range of duties, including travel cost management, preparing information and receipts, and other tasks expected to be managed independently. In this role you will interact with various internal and external stakeholders and will have a great opportunity to gain experience in both general administration and financial support within a dynamic business environment.

This role requires presence in our office for 3 working days per week. The hours can be distributed flexibly (3-5 days per week).

**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming invoices and travel report receipts
- Manage and process credit card statements
- Upload financial data to the bookkeeping system
- Provide ad-hoc finance and administrative support
- Maintain employee data in HRIS (BambooHR) and create side letters
- Oversee and update the time tracking tool (Timetac)
- Coordinate job interviews with HR and hiring managers
- Support in event organization, business trips, and office management tasks
- Completed general education or experience in a support role
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German is beneficial
- Office 365 (Excel)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
