**Sustainability Manager** **(m/w/d)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Sustainability communication with internal and external stakeholders - act as our Sustainability representative
- Co-create the Sustainability strategy and framework and oversee the execution
- Integrate Sustainability aspects & agendas in the individual business strategies
- Ensure strategy-aligned implementation of Sustainability(-related) projects and initiatives and monitor procedures
- Lead sustainability reporting
- Provide Sustainability advisory to various business functions

**Requirements**:

- Broad Experience in all ESG areas (environmental, social, sustainable finance, governance) including ESG frameworks (EU taxonomy, CSRD and SFDR), standards and trends
- Executive presence along with excellent communication skills
- Ability to craft a concise narrative towards internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to execute and track implementation and impact progress
- Strategy development and Projectmanagement experience
- Performance orientation, hands on attitude and the passion to go the extra "green" mile

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary is EUR 3.760,64 gross based on the requirements mentioned above. A market compliant overpament is of course possible, depending on your experience and qualifications.
