**Lab Technician**:
**Main Functions**:
As a Lab Technician your responsibilities may include:

- Sample collection and preparation;
- Responsible for various chemical, physical and microbiological analysis;
- Preparation of sterile fermentation medias for production;
- Preparation of yeast lab precultures for production;
- Responsible for lab scale beer fermentations;
- Preparation and execute of realtime-PCR Tests;
- Control of measuring and monitoring devices;
- Documentation of all analyzed parameters in the internal database;
- Establishment of new analytical methods and SOPs;
