YOUR TASKS*
- Definition, monitoring, and development of Project Management Methods (= competence center) - setting/developing standards
- Training, development and coaching of colleagues in executing the project management standards and processes
- Assuring proper and efficient reporting using automatized processes and tools
- Support Project Managers and -Sponsors during all project management phases e.g., creating project order and project manual
- Assure Lessons Learned between projects or programs

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodology necessary - certification acc. IPMA or similar standards benefitial
- Adequate presentation and coaching techniques to provide project management methodology within organization
- Strong communication skills and empathic approach
- Process Management experience benefitial
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented in an entrepreneurial way
- Business fluent communication skills in English and German

- We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 2,751 (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
