Wisebits is an international IT company, a true industry trendsetter. Our project is a high-load product, a monthly service of more than a billion user visits, the TOP-50 traffic platform in the world, and the TOP-3 websites in our field.

We are building the future of live entertainment. We believe that by providing people with the best and high-quality live streaming experience in entertainment, we can tackle the world’s “problems” better, together.

We will build new retention focused bilingual team in Austria to work with vip customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Building a team from scratch, hiring, building processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- German (native) and English (С1) are mandatory;
- 3+ years of relevant lead experience in building customer success / support teams;
- Working with VIP customers;
- Accommodation in Austria;
- Understanding of basic unit economics like retention/ltv.
