Unser Auftraggeber ist ein KMU im Bereich Biotechnologie und Life Science, das in einer wachsenden international agierenden Gruppe eingebettet ist und als Distributionspartner für die Bereiche Pharma-Industrie, Biotech, Universitäten und Krankenhäuser agiert. Aktuell wird ein*e Head of Sales (w/m/d) gesucht.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Umsatz
- und Budgetverantwortung
- Führung des mehrköpfigen Sales Teams
- Lieferanten-Management, Erweiterung des Produkt-Portfolios, Verhandlungen, Strategie & Marketing
- Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Messen und Meetings
- Reporting an den Group CEO

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Produkten in den Bereichen Biotechnologie / Life Science
- Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Coaching von Sales Mitarbeitenden
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium und wirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- Commercially driven, ziel
- und erfolgsorientiert, Hands-on
- Reisebereitschaft, sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

- Dotierung: Ab EUR 80.000 Jahresbruttogehalt zuzüglich variablem Anteil mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend der Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung
