- This position is located in the Service Design and Provisioning Team (SDP), Information Technology Service (ITS), Division for Management (DM), United Nations Office at Vienna /United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNOV/UNODC), in Vienna, Austria. The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Information Technology Assistant leading the Service Design and Provisioning Team (SDP) and the overall supervision of the Service Delivery Officer in the Office of the Chief, ITS.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required. ITIL 4, CISSP, CISM or CEH certificates are desirable. Specialized training or certification relevant for the software distribution and/or information security is desirable.

- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
