As
**Cluster Commercial Manager (M/F/d)**
you are jointly responsible for the economic success of our three Hilton hotels in Vienna. Together with the Cluster Commercial Director you developing & drive a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize revenue and profit performance of the hotel as well as market share penetration. Lead execution of the commercial strategy through management of the revenue management, sales, marketing, reservations, groups & events and public relations teams, and by working effectively with the regional and area support teams.

What other tasks you will be responsible for:

- Own commercial strategy from planning through to execution using the Hilton commercial focus process
- Contributing to the creation of budgets and forecasts
- Manage hotel pricing and inventory management (in connection with RMCC if appropriate)
- Maintain overview of the market, trends & competition
- Preparation of statistics and reports to monitor the success of sales strategies
- Active support of the GC&E & sales department
- Manage key customers (in connection with Sales & Cluster Commercial Director if appropriate)
- Representation of the hotels
- Lead, engage and develop the Reservation Team
- Support the Upsell Program in cooperation with the Reservations Manager & Front of the House Managers
- Participation in Projects
- Provide training to other hotel team members on revenue/sales management procedures, standards and principles, as needed.
- Duty Manager

- Adequate tourism education and several years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management and/or Groups
- A strategic and foresighted way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to recognise and respond to competitive trends
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- You are flexible and open to new challenges
- You have excellent written English skills, German is an advantage
