We are looking for a** Customer Support Representative (f/m/d)** to be responsible for enhancing our customers’ experience with our product. You will take complete ownership of addressing product-related issues and provide exceptional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a **part-time** position based in our **Vienna** office or within a commutable distance to the office.

**Some of the things you’ll work on**:

- Be the daily **go-to person for our customers**, ensuring their seamless experience with our fully-integrated data platform.
- Swiftly identify, categorise and **troubleshoot customer issues**, providing effective resolutions with clear and concise communication.
- Reproduce issues in the **test environment** and provide relevant information to product and engineering teams.
- **Proactively document recurring customer cases** and solutions in our internal FAQ and Help Centre.
- Join our collaborative environment, **working closely with cross-functional teams** and following escalation paths to maintain customer satisfaction.

**We’re excited if you have**:

- 1-2 years experience in a **support role using a customer service ticketing tool**, ideally in a SaaS company.
- Ability to** independently analyse and troubleshoot customer cases **and deliver instructions to a non-technical audience.
- **Bachelor’s Degree **in information technology or a similar field.
- Dedication to **solve problems** and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- **Research skills** and ability to gather information to support operational decisions.
- Outstanding **communication skills in English** (written and verbal), German is a plus.
- Being a **team player **with a strong **willingness to learn **and discover new technologies.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with **Zendesk.**:

- Exposure to web technologies like **API, Python and SQL.**:

- Interest in **learning and discovering** new technologies.

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) for a full-time position is €31.122. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
