**Area Sales Manager Ostdeutschland (w/m/d)**
Das OMICRON Sales Team agiert als technische Berater für unsere Kunden: Sie helfen, den Überblick über die elektrischen Energiesysteme und Versorgungseinrichtungen des Kunden zu behalten, bieten Lösungen an und geben Wissen weiter.
**Worum geht's?**:
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Direktvertrieb von OMICRON Produkten und Dienstleistungen in Ostdeutschland
- Du bereitst Produktpräsentationen und Vorführungen unserer Produkte vor und führst diese durch
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle technischen und kaufmännischen Anfragen
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese
- Du arbeitest mit modern IT Tools wie MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Webex, Confluence
- Du bringst Ideen ein und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
- Du erstellst Marktanalysen und Prognosen für Dein Vertriebsgebiet
- Du bist an speziellen Marketing-Kommunikationsaktivitäten beteiligt
- Du nimmst an Messen, Seminaren, Konferenzen und Anwendertreffen teil
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem internationalen Vertriebsteam und den Kollegen aus Österreich zusammen
**Was bringst Du mit?**:
- Du hast eine solide technische Ausbildung in der Elektrotechnik
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement - idealerweise im Bereich der Schutz
- und Hochspannungstechnik
- Du hast eine gute Menschenkenntnis, eine kreative, innovative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine motivierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist flexibel und reisefreudig (ca 30% bis 40%)
mit anderen Worten - die hast das Vertriebsgen in Dir
