**Auf den Punkt gebracht**:
Sie sind Teil des A1 Digital Procurement Teams und zuständig für den operativen Einkauf inkl. Prozessoptimierungen, Logistik Themen sowie Unterstützung im strategischen Einkauf.

**Ihr neuer Job**:

- Anlage von Bestellungen und Umlagerungsbestellungen sowie Änderung der Bestellungen im operativen Einkauf.
- Sicherstellung der Liefertermine inklusive Einfordern und Einpflegen der Auftragsbestätigung sowie der Einhaltung unserer Einkaufsrichtlinien und Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen im Wareneingang.
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungsklärungen sowie Wareneingangs-Rechnungsklärungen.
- Unterstützung im strategischen Einkauf.
- Laufende Optimierung unserer Einkaufsprozesse.
- Übernahme von Logistik Tätigkeiten.

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder laufendes Studium, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder Accountingbereich, ideal im IT-Umfeld.
- Technische Affinität (Microsoft Office etc.)
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Ihr Gehalt Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen entspricht. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das KV-Mindestgehalt von Euro 40.078,92 brutto pro Jahr hin.
