We are searching for an accountant and HR assistant in our office in Vienna. The function can be performed in full time as well as part-time (min. 30h/week).

**TÄTIGKEITEN / ACTIVITIES**

Financial Accounting responsibilities:

- SAP based accounting: creation and adjustment of purchase orders, MIGO, transfers, compensation after cancellations, bank receipts and payments, interaction with the internal accounting shared service center, payroll accounting in cooperation with an external payroll accounting service provider, assistance with the Balance sheet preparation (other liabilities, provisions and fixed assets, etc.), balance reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliation.
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable accounting.
- Fixed assets accounting.
- VAT declarations in Austria and Switzerland, controlling for CO2 tax declaration.
- Rendering accounting services for related companies: Book incoming invoices and internal receipts in Orlando accounting system, bank receipts/disbursements, payments, tax reporting, assistance in preparing balance sheets and annual financial statements.
- Dunning: Run the SAP based dunning process answering customer inquiries - sending missing invoices to customers, clarifications after customer discussions with sales Reps. and Customer Service Supply Chain team regarding incorrect prices, returns, etc. monitoring of overdue items, filing of lawsuits and bankruptcy notification based on information from the credit manager, administration of bankruptcies, keeping the lawsuit files and correspondence with the lawyer, processing the lawsuit overview, writing off the remaining claim/write-off after rebooking the costs when the file is closed, isolated inquiries from employees about open items including remaining items.
- Managing payment run and manual transfers of credit notes/credits to customers and contracts and create, send, manage SEPA mandate for customers.
- Back-up for other employees in the finance team

Assistant to the HR Manager and Talent Developer:

- Support in the local payroll administration based on the collective agreement “Kollektivvertrag für Handelsangestellte” (employee travel expenses, meal vouchers, expat costs, etc.)
- Administration and distribution of benefits (meal and gift vouchers, transport tickets and employee parking spaces, etc.)
- Admin-User in our working time registration tool (support to employees, user creation, etc.)
- Support regarding employee vacation and sickness records
- Updating various lists and documents and stuff folders electronically and in paper
- Company car administration (company car agreement, insurance, accident notices, leasing contracts, etc.)
- Support regarding on-boarding and the creation of working contracts, terminations, various agreements)
- General back-up for HR Manager and TD

**BENÖTIGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN UND ERFAHRUNG / QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Educational background in Austrian accounting rules and tax regulations as well as pay roll administration
- SAP FICO experience
- Experience of at least 3 years in financial accountancy and HR administration
- Accuracy and affinity with figures
- Good communication skills, discretion and integrity
- Supportive and a good team player, empathetic and good listening skills
- German and English
