We’re looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are prepared to push to the next level as Principal Product Manager, Go-To-Market. In this role you are responsible for the positioning of our product in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

We're seeking exceptional individuals with a track record of driving innovation and achieving remarkable results to join our organization as **Principal Product Manager - Go-To-Market (GTM) for our Application Security solution**.

Our Application Security solution at Dynatrace combines security and observability, empowering our customers with unique insights and a groundbreaking approach to security. Through automation and operationalization, we enable a reduction in security alerts, human involvement, and manual actions, ultimately enhancing overall security posture.

As Principal GTM Product Manager, you'll be **responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy** for our Application Security solution. From ideation to launch, you will play a crucial role within the product management team, collaborating closely with Growth, Product, and Product Experience counterparts. Your role involves ensuring alignment, training, and preparedness for product launches and increments. This includes maintaining strong communication channels with product marketing and customer marketing teams and collaborating closely with solution engineers and sales to support enablement and drive sales efforts. Your ability to excel in cross-functional and cross-team interactions is crucial to the success of this role.

**Your role in the team**:

- You own the GTM strategy, its assets and its execution.
- You craft press releases and product news blogs with your counterparts that WOW our customers, the press, and the Dynatrace team.
- You are a member of the **solution leadership** team and work with product management, marketing, and sales, as well as internal and external users, customers, and analysts, to ensure **impactful product and capability launches and accelerate growth**.
- You understand the respective market and competitive dynamics and strategize accordingly.
- By engaging with internal and external users and customers, you validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle.
- Focused on the latest and greatest improvements of our Application Security solution, you understand the **Application Security market (CNAPP, XDR,) **and competitive dynamics and drive** **our** competitive positioning.**:

- As a Principal Product Manager, you're a **leader **and live, support, and develop the Dynatrace values and culture, **inspiring and empowering** through mentorship and coaching.

**Qualifications**:

- You have** more than 8 years of experience **in product management, Go-To-Market or in product marketing for a product for IT teams in large enterprises.
- You have a strong technical foundation and **deep knowledge in the field of Application Security, **a good understanding of the** observability market **is a plus**.**:

- You have experience in **market and competitive analysis** and positioning, especially in the security and observability space.
- You translated **technical solutions into value focused messages** - simple, clear and with a wow factor to fascinate and thrill potential customers.
- You have good analytical and communications skills and drove initiatives in dynamic work environments.

**Compensation and rewards**
