Responsible Process Owner

**About the role**:
You will be part of the formulation team at the facility Industriestraße 72 and reponsible for regulation compliant guidelines and for continuous improvement of the existing processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the responsible point of contact for all parties involved in the formulation process of plasmatic and synthetic compounds
- Taking care of availability of up to date process guidelines (SOP, MBR/eMBR) in order to assure a regulation compliant formulation of plasmatic and synthetic products on the Pharmaceutical Production site
- Identify and implement improvements leading to reduced leadtime, costs, complexity and increased efficiency, in accordance with current regulation and aligning with clients and partners (GxP, EHS)
- Representing the site during authority inspections and visitor tours
- Leading implementation of new products and processes within the department

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or food company
- Strong technical understanding, EDV-skilled.
- High business acumen to achieve predefined company targets
- Detail oriented, quality awareness and hygiene awareness
- Strong problem solving skills, decision maker and the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
