**Your tasks**:
- You are managing the service delivery, change and support process for M2M/IOT solutions together with customers,
- partners and suppliers along the value chain.
- You are working with/on a high-performance iot-platform based on different technologies and protocols
- You are tracking the inventory management and handling order and delivery management for hardware components required for customer orders (e.g. routers, data-loggers, telematics sensors, SIM cards/chips, etc.).
- You are part of an expert team with different focus topics (Networks, Devices, IOT Platform, Application Test, Sim Management, ).
- You are tasked with the provisioning and configuration of IT-infrastructure and network elements (e.g. device management, server configuration, IP
- planning, routing, firewall configuration, etc.).
- You are supporting and training the customer service teams for new offerings and after-sales customer care, incident handling,
- troubleshooting and release and outage management.
- Majority of time in Home/Remote Working possible.
**Our requirements**:
- Technical Graduation (Bachelor) or FH Students, who are looking for a job beside their Master Study Internet of Things or similar technical Master Studies. or Graduation of other technical high school / technical university
- Understanding of Data Networks and Telecommunication Technologies with focus on Mobility and IOT Technologies.
- Knowledge about Internet, Cloud and Wireless Communication Technologies, Devices as well as IP networks
- and Protocols (e.g. IP routing, tracing and diagnostics).
- Scripting knowledge is plus (Python,).
- DevOps experience is a plus (Cloud environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools).
- Understanding of embedded systems, GPS technology, sensor networks, industrial automation
- Eagerness and innate curiosity to analyze, diagnose and solve technical problems together with customer.
- Ability to understand and to translate customer needs and challenges for technicians, product managers and sales.
- Fluency in English and German required.

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 38.531,36. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
